Movet aimed to offer its veterinary services innovatively, both in-person and online. Although they had a well-crafted product and service, they were a newborn brand without a visual identity or brand strategy. Their objective was to quickly and sustainably grow their business while achieving subscription and client retention goals. To achieve this, they needed a brand and communication strategy that would help them establish a strong and coherent presence, and generate trust among pet owners.

To leverage the powerful emotional bond between pets and their owners, we collaborated with Movet to establish a clear brand purpose - making pets happy leads to happier humans. This informed my approach to delivering a playful and reliable visual identity, featuring bold and unusual colors and our idea of placing dogs and cats as central characters with unique personalities. Our digital-first approach emphasized adaptability to multiple formats, for which I suited the main concept and graphics to different visual languages such as photography, video, and illustration.

We applied the resulting branding to both online and offline touchpoints. Refinement of communication strategies followed, leveraging the assets we had created in regular campaigns and social media collaboration with the client.

As lead designer, I collaborated with the account manager, creative director, copywriter, and client team from the early stages of the project to define the brand's territory, purpose, and strategy. We continued to collaborate closely with the client throughout the launch, implementation, and communication process during the brand's first year.

My role in the project involved creating the brand's visual identity and applications, supervising the launch and implementation, and leading multiple communication campaigns visually. I also collaborated with external creatives to ensure that the video and photography assets met both my guidelines and the client's expectations. Throughout the project, I was able to lead the design team and illustration team to ensure deliverables of high quality and aligned with the brand's goals and objectives.
